At Overtime, we stand by our gear, but if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a drop-off receipt for tracking your return's progress.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
